Prayer For A Humble Heart
In a world that glorifies pride, we should be more humble. Being humble like Jesus is a long journey we should take, it’s not an overnight change. We should remember that we cannot do it without Jesus. This prayer could help you to remind yourself to be humble before God.

Lord, my words cannot fully express how great Your love is for me.
So often, pride fills my days and wounds Your heart. My ears only long to hear what pleases me. I chose to see life through the lens of the world, not through Your truth, and my heart turns away from Your Word.
Lord, please reveal to me how Christ walked in humility, and remove this pride from within me.
I pray that in every situation and every decision I make, I will always respond with a humble heart.
Teach me not to seek honor from people, but to desire only the honor that comes from You. I want to live humbly before You, my Lord Jesus Christ.

Tuhan, kata-kataku tak mampu menggambarkan betapa besar kasih-Mu padaku. Sering kali kesombongan memenuhi hariku dan melukai hati-Mu.
Telingaku hanya ingin mendengar hal yang menyenangkan hatiku. Mataku memandang kehidupan dengan cara pandang dunia, bukan melalui kebenaran-Mu. Serta hatiku berpaling dari firman Tuhan. Tuhan, tolong nyatakan kepadaku bagaimana Kristus berjalan dalam kerendahan hati, dan angkatlah kesombongan ini dari dalam diriku.
Aku berdoa, agar dalam setiap situasi dan keputusan yang kuambil, aku selalu merespon dengan kerendahan hati.
Ajari aku untuk tidak mengejar penghormatan dari manusia, melainkan hanya mencari kehormatan dari Allah.
Aku mau selalu hidup dengan rendah hati di hadapan-Mu, ya Tuhanku, Yesus Kristus.
